Christ-Centered Conflict Management: Principle 1335

Principle 13:35 is a conflict management video course for Christians, churches and ministries.
This resource helps you learn how to manage conflict effectively in a God-honoring way.
All Christians, churches and ministries face conflict. Those who resolve conflict in healthy ways will be good witnesses to the world.
Jesus says: By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another. (John 13:35)
The course includes an introduction and 10 lessons in three sections.
• In this first section, you’ll be introduced to the course and gain a basic understanding of two common personality types that are drawn into church conflict. You’ll see how conflict deepens and how it’s often mismanaged by Christians.
• In section two, you’ll see the important role that the offended person plays in resolving conflict. You’ll learn how people enter the Cycle of Dysfunction and get stuck there. In these lessons, you’ll discover how to grow beyond any dysfunctional behaviors that you bring to managing conflict.
• Finally, in section three, you’ll learn the actual mechanics of how to effectively tell someone what’s going on inside of you. And you’ll learn what to do when someone becomes defensive. In the final lesson, you’ll gain insight on how to respond when you’re caught in the middle.
